Use the trigger to destroy the poop when the poop is in front of sight. Dont destroy the food and whatever you do - Dont let the sight touch the Peppers. Touching the Peppers will reduce the timer even faster. Shoot the TP to gain more ammo. Shoot Plunge gain more time. There are 4 bonuses that you can collect and Rainbow Poop that you can save and spend when you want to continue a level.
